 | Post date: 2016/05/21 |

Registration of works in the field of Humanities and Islamic Research on the Website of the Eighth Farabi International Award began on May 21.

The measures carried out to hold the Award ceremony were approved by the Committee of Ministers and the Policymaking Council in March, and receiving the works started on Saturday, May 21, the Information and Advertising Department of the Secretariat of the Eight Farabi International Award reported.

The deadline for professors, researchers, and students of Humanities who want to send their work is July 21, and those who are interested can visit the following link for more information on how to participate and register their name and work.

All the works that will take part in the Award, including research projects, doctoral dissertations, and master's theses will be received only through the Award’s electronic system. Since authors do not have the book files, they are asked to send the books to the Secretariat after registering their names and loading the table of contents and book covers on the Award’s website.

The Award is held by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology and in collaboration with UNESCO, ISESCO, and Iran’s National Elites Foundation, and its permanent Secretariat is located at the Institute of Social and Cultural Studies.
